Exchange and refund policy
We do not offer refunds on any purchased items.
Refunds cases :
- Refunds are generally not offered.
- However, in compliance with UAE law, a refund or replacement will be provided if the product is defective after multiple exchanges ; the product does not match its description or the product cannot be repaired or exchanged within the warranty period.
However, we do provide exchanges within the warranty period, which may vary depending on the item's warranty policy.
To request an exchange, the product must :
- Be returned in its original condition
- Proof of purchase
- Within the applicable warranty period
Please not that warranty coverage and exchange eligibility differ by product.
Important note :
If a customer does not agree with these terms, we cannot take responsibility for the purchase. However, we always provide the possibility to exchange the item within the warranty period in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
